Our climate-controlled art storage facility is kept within a temperature range of 68-72°F with humidity levels between 45-55%, monitored daily, providing the perfect environment for housing your art year-round.

We offer our clients complete peace of mind by providing 24/7 monitoring via a network of security cameras and motion sensors, along with the presence of a dedicated caretaker, housed onsite.
Central station alarm systems detect and immediately notify emergency responders, our onsite caretaker, and primary employees in the event of smoke, fire, or any intrusion attempt. Fire extinguishers are available in every room of the facility, while our non-water fire suppression system safeguards art from the threat of fire without posing the risk of causing additional damage.
MSI offers secure tiered storage options based on client needs. We maintain inventory records in paper and digital formats, with our computer inventory system backed up daily. Comprehensive insurance coverage is also available for any piece stored in our facility.
Our limited-access, securely locked fine art storage vault may be visited strictly by appointment and only under the supervision of an authorized Museum Services representative. Access can usually be granted within 24 hours of your request.
