SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Entry Rules:

There is no entry fee.
The exhibition is open only to Minnesota artists.
All submission entries must be received by ****
Accepted applicants will be notified no later than ****
Accepted artwork must be delivered to Museum Services by *****
Artist is responsible for delivery and pick up of his/her artwork from the gallery.
We prefer that accepted works are hand delivered.
If this is not possible then the artist must pay for their own postage and shipping to and from. ANY MATERIALS THAT YOU WISH TO BE RETURNED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A SASE WITH CORRECT POSTAGE or artwork WILL NOT be returned.
All artwork must be retrieved between *****
Museum Services will not be responsible for any artwork left after this date.
There are no commissions taken or given for exhibitions at the Minneapolis Foundation.
Accepted works may be withheld from the exhibition upon installation at the curator’s discretion.
This is seldom exercised; however, in order to insure the quality of the exhibition it must be maintained.
All works at the Minneapolis Foundation will be insured by the Minneapolis Foundation
Artists should insure their work during transit to Museum Services.
Although all care will be exercised, Museum Services cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
Entries must be related to the exhibition theme. Unrelated works will not be considered.
Unusually fragile pieces must be framed, cased, or have devices attached to insure safe and proper handling.
It is suggested that all submissions (where applicable) be properly framed.
