Our entire lives are spent comprehending this inner space we inhabit. We cope with the body we’re given and the contexts it provides for us. Ideally our mind and body would work to create a whole and complimentary identity. Instead it can become a limited, embattled experience: fighting against this body, attempting to control it, and becoming obsessed about it. How do we deal with the limits and boundaries our bodies place around us? How can we expand that experience and overcome the limitations a body forces us to accept?
